Going to Greece for two wks (19 Jan - 3 Feb)

I am going to have a exchanged program in Athens in January. However, the school is in the suburb area(far from city) and the accommdation nearby is so expensive, single room is 68 euros per night. I am thinking about giving up going to Greece.
Although I havebooked the airplane ticket three months ago. But with a couchsurfing friend's help. Finally, I find a accomdation nearby school, I am going to stay in another couchsurfing friend's place for one wk this time and after that I will travel around some beautiful island in Greece. I think this is a very good start for 2008. Life is so beautiful, u never know what will happen when you get a problem. I always believe in people's good side and I wish I can help other people when I am able to.
