終於可以拉上大條牛仔褲的拉鍊...雖然還不能穿出門
Day13 Jan 19
早:總匯三明治 1/2個 +咖啡牛奶 (300 cal)
午:總匯三明治 1個+果汁一杯 (750 cal)
晚:清燉牛肉冬粉+小菜+果汁 (750 cal)
total:1850

Day14 Jan 20
早:鮪魚飯糰+牛奶燕麥兩瓶 (600 CAL)
午:豬心湯+小菜 (400 CAL)
晚:御飯糰+餛吞湯+果汁 (500 CAL)
TOTAL: 1500 CAL


今天早上(Jan 21)起來終於可以勉強把自己塞進那條比較大條的牛仔褲
起碼可以把拉鍊拉起來了...~>_<~
希望過年去上海時可以穿著那條牛仔褲逛街

最近採取便利商店減肥法
因為起碼便利商店的食物很多
我可以選擇我喜歡吃但是熱量不要太高的食物,像是香菇雞湯或餛吞湯

Day15 Jan 21
早:御飯糰+優格+水果+咖啡牛奶 (450 cal)
午:御飯糰+香菇雞湯+水果一盒 (600 cal)
晚:蘿蔔糕5片+柳橙汁一杯 (600 cal)
total: 1650 cal

晚上殺去台北光點看電影Paris

Day16 Jan 22

早: 咖啡牛奶+鮪魚飯糰+純濃燕麥+水果 (500 cal)
午: 香菇雞湯+飯糰+果汁 (600 cal)
晚: 自助餐+水果半盒+豬血糕一塊 (700 cal)
total: 1800 cal

前天上床已經是兩點,一直睡到早上八點才驚醒
下了班,本想去健身房,但是還是意志不堅的直奔回家
算算寫日記也兩週囉,目前只能說是控制住病情,起碼不是繼續長寬
去上海玩耍時,我不想忌口錯過上海美食,只好用狂走路把熱量消耗掉
過完年之後要來全力衝刺減重
4月1日時,我絕對要能穿下小條牛仔褲!!!
