橄欖油+洋蔥, 馬鈴薯, 杏鮑菇, 綜合冷凍蔬菜, 雞胸肉, 炒熟後加入印度咖哩粉拌炒, 加入水蓋過蔬菜, 把材料煮爛, 放入適量料工研咖哩塊,調味即可完成
費時30分鐘...煮完三人份的咖哩
算是道健康料理吧
PS. 用小平底鍋做這道菜太辛苦, 需要買一個大一點的鍋子
